Key Responsibilities- Project Management: Supervise and monitor all projects in progress to ensure timely execution and adherence to client requirements and company policies.
- Business Development: Participate in business development activities to identify, develop, and execute project opportunities and build client relationships.
- Team Leadership: Supervise the daily operations of a department, including staff training, development, and performance review, as well as utilization of equipment and facilities.
- Quality Assurance: Promote continuous quality monitoring and improvement on projects, and monitor quality standards and practices.
- Safety Oversight: Lead safety efforts for the team and ensure adherence to safety rules and guidelines.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline practiced by the Firm, such as Engineering, Environmental Science, or Geology.
- Experience: 15 years of practice experience in a related field.
- Certifications: Licensed ACM building inspector in IL, IN, MI, and ASP, and preferably a Licensed Lead Assessor.
