Territory Sales Manager

About the Role:
Kate Farms is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Territory Manager to join our team. As a Territory Manager, you will be responsible for planning, developing, and executing commercial initiatives to achieve sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Achieve 100% of monthly, quarterly, and annual sales plans.
- Optimize available selling tools, including marketing collateral, product brochures, trunk stock, demo products, and iPad videos.
- Gain exposure to healthcare providers and drive brand preference and loyalty.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with hospital management, purchasing departments, and hospital staff.
- Attend sales meetings, training sessions, conferences, and exhibitions as required.
- Provide ongoing technical training and support to customers.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Business, Sales, or Marketing.
- Minimum of 5 years of recent sales or equivalent related work experience.
- Strong computer skills, including proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Word documents, email, and calendar.
- Ability to sit at a computer for extended periods and travel up to 50% of the time.
