About the Role:

Kate Farms is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Territory Manager to join our team. As a Territory Manager, you will be responsible for planning, developing, and executing commercial initiatives to achieve sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Achieve 100% of monthly, quarterly, and annual sales plans.
  • Optimize available selling tools, including marketing collateral, product brochures, trunk stock, demo products, and iPad videos.
  • Gain exposure to healthcare providers and drive brand preference and loyalty.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with hospital management, purchasing departments, and hospital staff.
  • Attend sales meetings, training sessions, conferences, and exhibitions as required.
  • Provide ongoing technical training and support to customers.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Business, Sales, or Marketing.
  • Minimum of 5 years of recent sales or equivalent related work experience.
  • Strong computer skills, including proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Word documents, email, and calendar.
  • Ability to sit at a computer for extended periods and travel up to 50% of the time.
