Job Summary

This role will be responsible for driving sales growth of Alltech Specialty Ingredients into the dairy industry within California. The successful candidate will work closely with consulting nutritionists, dairy farms, and feed manufacturers to develop and execute strategic sales plans.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets
  • Build and maintain relationships with clients to ensure long-term business partnerships
  • Analyze market trends and customer needs to identify new sales opportunities
  • Provide accurate information and recommendations to customers on animal nutrition
  • Communicate effectively with customers and internal stakeholders
  • Manage time efficiently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Ag Science, Animal Science, Dairy Science, or related field
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in animal nutrition sales
  • Background in the dairy industry
