Pulmonary Specialty Sales Representative

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Representative to join our Pulmonary team. As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for managing a defined territory and selling Grifols' alpha-one augmentation therapy to exceed financial objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a defined territory and develop a business plan to achieve sales goals.
  • Sell and promote Grifols' alpha-one augmentation therapy to pulmonologists, allergists, respiratory therapists, pharmacists, and primary care providers.
  • Execute on the national sales and marketing strategy and create a territory business tactical plan to maximize opportunity.
  • Run the business by analyzing account and physician sales data and creating territory tactical plans and providing solutions to grow the business.
  • Use Microsoft applications and Grifols' customer management system to enter call data and manage multiple tasks/priorities.
  • Maintain Company and Industry Compliance Rules.

Requirements:

  • 4+ years of experience in pharma, biotech, healthcare, or medical sales, marketing, and/or sales management.
  • Valid driver's license.
  • Bachelor's Degree in Life Sciences or similar.
  • Advanced degrees (MBA) a plus.
  • Leadership skills and ability to work in partnership with home office personnel, the Brand team, and the National and Corporate account teams.

Benefits:

  • Estimated pay scale: $115,000 to $135,000 per year.
  • Eligible to participate in the company's sales incentive plan with a $45,000 uncapped commission target.
  • Medical, Dental, Vision, PTO, up to 5% 401(K) match, and tuition reimbursement.
