With a focus on delivering top-notch translation and interpretation services, this role requires experience in managing aspects such as workflow, productivity, and quality control.

Responsibilities:
  • Project Coordination: Manage all aspects of translation and interpretation projects, including assessing workloads and distributing tasks to subcontractors and employees.
  • Training and Development: Provide training to team members and manage their progress to ensure consistency in service delivery.
  • Contract Management: Oversee contract negotiations, monitor productivity, and communicate client needs to the team.

The ideal candidate will have excellent written and oral communication skills, be detail-oriented, and possess strong analytical skills. They should also be comfortable working independently and handling multiple tasks and deadlines. A degree in a related field and 1-3 years of experience in sales or project management are required.
