Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to join McAdams' Civil Engineering department. This role will involve working with other engineers to develop the overall layout and original designs of various projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the development of project layouts and designs, collaborating with cross-functional teams.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks and deadlines effectively.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met and expectations exceeded.
  • Support business development initiatives, contributing to marketing efforts and client presentations.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
  • 7-10 years of experience in civil engineering, with expertise in AutoCAD Civil 3D.
  • Professional Engineer (PE) licensure in North Carolina.
  • Proven track record of successful project management, including residential and commercial design experience.
