Job Title: Lead Project Engineer

Salary Range: $100,000 - $120,000 per annum

We are seeking an experienced Lead Project Engineer to manage and deliver complex projects in our MSP environment.

About the Role:

  • Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of multiple projects, ensuring alignment with business goals and standards.
  • Lead cross-functional teams to deliver multiple small, high-impact projects like server-to-cloud migrations and VMware upgrades.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients and internal stakeholders to drive business growth and success.
  • Identify and mitigate potential risks and issues that may impact project timelines and budgets.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in project engineering, including 2+ years leading project teams.
  • Strong leadership and management abilities, with a background in small-scale, high-volume projects.
  • Familiarity with technologies like server-to-cloud migrations and VMware upgrades.
  • Collaborative mindset, solutions-focused, and ready to adapt to the dynamic world of MSPs.
