Salary: Estimated $75,000 - $95,000 per year, depending on experience
Description:
The ASL Program Coordinator is responsible for managing and coordinating all aspects of our American Sign Language (ASL) interpreting program. This position involves ensuring the efficient delivery of ASL services to clients, maintaining relationships with interpreters and clients, and continuously improving service quality.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the ASL interpreting program.
- Recruit, onboard, and manage ASL interpreters.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients requiring ASL services.
- Monitor and assess the quality of ASL interpreting services provided.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience.
- Proficiency in American Sign Language (ASL) and a deep understanding of Deaf culture.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in managing ASL interpreting services or similar language programs.
