About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled IT Project Manager I to join our team at Truist Inc. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading critical day-to-day program/project elements and driving project success.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead project vision/objectives, financials, scope, quality, schedule, resourcing, vendor management, dependencies, risks, status reporting, stakeholder engagement, business readiness/change management, and value realization.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to solve problems and implement changes, ensuring effective communication among project stakeholders.
  • Manage projects through the project lifecycle, documenting project charters, roles, tasks, and measures of success.
  • Evaluate progress and quality, manage issue resolution, and take corrective action as necessary.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business or technology-related field, or equivalent education and related training.
  • At least six years of project management experience with increasing complexity of projects and level of responsibilities within a professional environment.
  • Knowledge in software development lifecycle in an enterprise environment, specifically agile methodology.
  • Experience managing budgets across various projects and programs.
  • Ability to quickly adapt to changing priorities and manage work from multiple sources.

Compensation

The estimated annual salary for this position is between $95,000 and $120,000, depending on location and experience.
