Job Overview

Gustave A. Larson is a leading wholesale distributor of HVAC and Refrigeration (HVACR) equipment, parts, and supplies. Our company is committed to providing excellent customer service and building strong relationships with our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to customers in a fast-paced retail environment.
  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with customers to ensure their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and features to effectively educate customers and make informed sales recommendations.
  • Process sales transactions, including returns and warranty paperwork, in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Assist customers with loading merchandise and preparing items for shipping.
  • Ensure products are properly stocked and maintained in the store.
  • Answer customer questions and provide support through phone calls, emails, and in-person interactions.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • Counter Sales Representative or customer service experience required.
  • Computer efficiency and Microsoft Office experience required.
  • Ability to provide excellent customer service and work in a team environment.
  • Enthusiastic, energetic, and customer-focused professional with strong communication and problem-solving skills.
