Customer Experience Coordinator - Healthcare

At NxT Level, we're committed to delivering exceptional healthcare experiences to our members. As a Customer Experience Coordinator, you'll play a vital role in ensuring our members receive the care they deserve.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide outreach and support to Medicare members, navigating them through their healthcare journey.
  • Collaborate with our partners to facilitate member experiences, including referrals and authorizations.
  • Utilize interpreter services as needed to communicate with members in their preferred language.
  • Manage case ownership of Tier 1, Tier 2, and Tier 3 matters, resolving issues efficiently and effectively.
  • Excel in customer service, contributing to a culture of going above and beyond to ensure member satisfaction.
Requirements:
  • Language Skills: Ability to read, interpret, and communicate effectively in English.
  • Mathematical Skills: Basic arithmetic skills, including addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division.
  • Reasoning Skills: Ability to apply common sense and problem-solving skills in standardized situations.
  • Basic understanding of Microsoft Office products, including Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
  • Computer literate, typing 40+ words per minute.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience helping members navigate access to care through Medicare Advantage or HMO.
  • Outbound call center experience, including welcome/onboarding, appointment scheduling, retention, sales, or other healthcare/health plan-related programs.
  • Availability to work full-time and overtime during the Annual Enrollment Period (Oct-Dec) and Open Enrollment Period (Jan-Mar).
