About the Role

Mortenson is seeking a highly skilled Marketing Content Coordinator to join our team. As a critical member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for creating and implementing content marketing strategies to support our internal and external communications efforts.

Key Responsibilities
  • Plan, create, and publish high-quality content to engage our audience and support our marketing goals.
  • Coordinate video production and publishing efforts to showcase our company's expertise and values.
  • Develop and maintain a content calendar to ensure consistent and timely content delivery.
  • Assist in special event planning and coordination to promote our brand and services.
  • Establish relationships with subject matter experts to develop relevant and impactful content.
  • Develop integrated marketing communications plans to achieve business objectives.
  • Implement programs to successfully position and differentiate Mortenson in the market.
  • Measure results of programs and drive continuous improvement.
  • Create high-quality graphics and presentations to support strategic messaging.
Requirements
  • Excellent writing, communication, and problem-solving skills with strong attention to detail.
  • Proficient in Adobe Creative Cloud, including Premiere, InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop.
  • Working knowledge of photography and videography concepts.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Experience working with subject matter experts and creating engaging content.
  • Exceptional writing and editing skills.
  • Proven track record of developing effective content marketing strategies.
  • Ability to identify and create interesting, relevant, and discoverable content.
  • Experience defining and leveraging campaign metrics.
  • Ability to develop and manage brand campaigns with a focus on social media and digital channels.
