Key Responsibilities:

  • Campaign Management:

  • Content Coordination:
    • Coordinate the creation and delivery of content, including social media posts, blog entries, and podcasts.
    • Ensure that all content meets our brand's guidelines and quality standards.
  • Reporting:
    • Monitor for coverage, ensuring that all stories and posts are caught, saved, and shared with clients.
  • Relationship Management:
    • Foster strong relationships with influencers and industry thought leaders.
    • Address any issues or concerns that arise during collaborations and ensure a positive experience for all parties.
  • Market Research and Trends:
    • Stay updated on industry trends, social media algorithms, and emerging platforms.
    • Provide recommendations based on market research to enhance influencer strategies.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Public Relations, Communications, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in influencer marketing or social media management.
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms (especially Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube), influencer dynamics, and digital marketing trends.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
