As a Sales Gallery Operations Specialist, your primary focus will be to deliver exceptional service to both our internal and external clients while assisting the Sales and Marketing Departments through a variety of tasks in an efficient and consistent manner.

Key Responsibilities
  • Monitor daily attendance and training participation.
  • Organize and update the various Sales Executive schedules daily, including any special rotations as needed.
  • Welcome guests and owners for their sales presentations and assign the appropriate Sales Executives with accurate identifiers.
  • Handle all incoming calls and direct them to the correct extension.
  • Manage inventory and replenish all kitchen supplies, including food, beverages, and cleaning materials.
  • Execute all reasonable requests from management that a team member is capable of fulfilling.

Qualifications We Seek:
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • A warm and welcoming smile to greet all guests and fellow team members.
  • Prior experience in customer service.
  • Excellent communication skills and a helpful attitude.
  • Professional appearance and friendly demeanor.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
It would be beneficial for candidates to possess the following attributes:
  • At least 6 months of experience in the timeshare industry.
  • A detailed understanding of the local area, with the ability to recommend activities, dining options, and attractions.
