- Team Leadership: Lead, manage, and mentor a team, providing regular guidance to junior members.

- Minimum of 6 years of experience in upholstery product development.
- At least 4 years of experience with CAD rendering software (Adobe, SketchUp, Rhino, 3DMax, Keyshot, or similar).
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Design, Merchandising, International Business, or related fields is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of furniture construction, proactive costing, product engineering techniques, and in-depth understanding of textiles and leathers.
- Willingness to travel internationally for up to 2 weeks at a time for factory sample work.
- Familiarity with international product development and vendor capabilities by region.
- Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
- Knowledge of industry standards and compliance requirements specific to upholstered products.
