Position Summary:

As a Project Manager, you will oversee and manage the successful execution of various projects assigned to you, ensuring compliance with scope, budget, and timelines while maintaining the highest quality standards. You will work closely with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to facilitate effective communication and alignment to achieve project goals.

Key Responsibilities:

Project Planning and Execution:

  • Collaborate with internal teams to establish project objectives, requirements, and deliverables.
  • Develop detailed project plans that outline scope, goals, deliverables, resources, and timelines.
  • Coordinate with stakeholders to define project objectives, requirements, and success criteria.
  • Oversee project execution, track progress, and implement corrective measures to meet milestones.
  • Identify and manage project risks, issues, and dependencies, applying effective mitigation strategies.
  • Conduct regular project status meetings and provide updates to stakeholders.

Technical Expertise:

  • Exhibit a solid understanding of IT infrastructure, networking, cloud technologies, and managed services principles.
  • Utilize your expertise to guide projects, offering valuable insights and problem-solving capabilities.

Resource Management:

  • Efficiently allocate and manage project resources to maximize utilization.
  • Work with managers to assign project team members based on skills, availability, and project needs.
  • Provide guidance and support to team members, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.

Risk Management:

  • Proactively identify potential risks and issues that could affect project success.
  • Develop mitigation strategies and contingency plans to address challenges as they arise.

Stakeholder Engagement:

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to define project objectives, requirements, and priorities.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with client stakeholders and internal teams to ensure alignment with their needs and expectations.
  • Communicate project progress, risks, and issues transparently and promptly.
  • Facilitate stakeholder meetings to gather feedback, address concerns, and ensure alignment.

Budget and Financial Management:

  • Create project budgets, monitor expenses, and manage project financials.
  • Track project costs to ensure compliance with budget constraints.
  • Provide accurate and timely financial reports to stakeholders.

Continuous Improvement:

  • Identify opportunities for process enhancements, efficiency, and automation improvements.
  • Capture lessons learned from projects and apply them to future initiatives.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in project management and IT services.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience.
  • 5+ years of proven experience as a Project Manager.
  • Strong understanding of IT services, solutions, and technologies.
  • Proficiency in project management methodologies and tools.
  • Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • PMP certification
  • Experience in Healthcare IT
  • Familiarity with ConnectWise
  • Experience with Top Left
  • Previous MSP experience
