Project Overview

At Silfab Solar, we are seeking a highly skilled Project Manager to join our team. As a key member of our project management team, you will be responsible for driving project management activities, including coordinating with technical project officers and technology managers, organizing meetings, developing project schedules, and maintaining up-to-date project budgets.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate project management activities, including direct communication with technical project officers and technology managers.
  • Organize internal and external meetings related to each project.
  • Develop project scheduling, detailing all related activities.
  • Maintain up-to-date project budgets.
  • Track deliverables, progress against milestones, and adjust project milestones and timelines as needed.
  • Formalize and plan review meetings for project Go/No-Go milestones.
  • Responsible for accurate financial tracking, billing, and on-time invoicing.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's or Master of Science in Mechanical/Civil/Electrical Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture, or related field.
  • Proficient with MS Office Suite of Tools, experience with Smartsheet or other project management software.
  • 3-5 Years of experience in project management or construction, with backgrounds in manufacturing or general contracting.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies.
  • Ability to adapt to a dynamic work environment and manage multiple priorities.

Preferred Qualifications
  • Solidwork/CAD experience.
  • PMP License.
  • Project or initial warehouse setup and/or automation experience.
