Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and document architectural frameworks, providing technical direction throughout the software development lifecycle.
  • Establish and maintain best practices for software development, ensuring that solutions are scalable, secure, and high-performing.
  • Design and document automation frameworks utilizing UiPath and other relevant technologies, producing comprehensive Solution Design Documents.
  • Evaluate and enhance the technical architecture of processes prior to automation to guarantee optimal performance.
  • Collaborate with Business Analysts and Automation Developers to finalize both business automation and technical specifications.
  • Lead the execution of automation projects, ensuring alignment with established solution designs and requirements.
  • Oversee the testing, deployment, hypercare, and monitoring phases of automation initiatives.
  • Conduct code reviews to ensure compliance with coding standards and architectural guidelines.
  • Work alongside cross-functional teams, including developers, testers, and project managers, to deliver high-quality solutions on time and within budget.
  • Stay informed about the latest technology trends and advancements, recommending new tools and frameworks to improve efficiency and productivity.
  • Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and development.
  • Research, analyze, design, propose, and implement solutions that align with business and technology strategies.
  • Engage in hands-on development tasks as needed, building consensus and executing solutions effectively.
  • Participate in all phases of the project lifecycle, from kickoff through requirements analysis, design, and implementation.
  • Contribute to multiple project teams, enhancing value through technology solutions, quality assessments, and adherence to guidelines.
  • Focus on strategies that create value across products, distribution channels, agency interfaces, and customer interactions.
  • Collaborate with the Chief Architect to investigate industry trends and directions, recommending new methodologies, technologies, and platforms.
  • Support the selection of tools and components for IT projects, providing insights on options, risks, cost-benefit analysis, and process impacts.
  • Analyze existing architecture to identify weaknesses and opportunities for enhancements, including capacity expansion, predictability, cost reduction, and increased effectiveness.
Qualifications:

The complexity and specialization of these responsibilities require more than a bachelor's degree in computer science, computer information systems, or information technology.
