Position Summary:
As a Solutions Architect, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the technical direction of our projects. Your responsibilities will include:
- Creating and documenting architectural designs while providing technical guidance throughout the software development lifecycle.
- Implementing best practices and standards for software development to ensure scalable, secure, and high-performance solutions.
- Designing automation solutions using tools like UiPath, along with creating detailed Solution Design Documents.
- Analyzing and optimizing the technical architecture of processes before automation to guarantee peak performance.
- Collaborating with Business Analysts and Automation Developers to finalize both business automation and technical requirements.
- Leading the development of automation projects, ensuring alignment with established solution designs and requirements.
- Overseeing the testing, deployment, hypercare, and monitoring phases of automation initiatives.
- Conducting code reviews to maintain adherence to coding standards and architectural principles.
- Working closely with cross-functional teams, including developers, testers, and project managers, to deliver high-quality solutions on time and within budget.
- Staying updated on the latest technology trends and advancements, recommending new tools and frameworks to enhance efficiency.
- Providing technical leadership and mentorship to junior team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning.
- Researching, analyzing, designing, proposing, and delivering solutions that align with both business and technology strategies.
- Engaging in hands-on development tasks as necessary, building consensus and executing solutions effectively.
- Participating in all stages of the project lifecycle, from kickoff through requirement analysis, design, and implementation.
- Contributing to multiple project teams, adding value through technology solutions, quality reviews, and adherence to guidelines.
- Focusing on strategies that create value across products, distribution channels, and customer interactions.
- Collaborating with the Chief Architect to explore industry trends and recommend new methodologies and technologies.
- Supporting tool and component selection for IT projects, providing insights on options, risks, and process impacts.
- Analyzing current architecture to identify weaknesses and opportunities for improvement, including capacity expansion and cost reduction.
Qualifications:
This role requires specialized knowledge that goes beyond a standard bachelor's degree in computer science or related fields.
