Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Anaplan Solution Architect to lead our practice in delivering innovative solutions to our clients. This role requires a blend of technical expertise and leadership capabilities to drive successful project outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Drive the expansion of the practice through presales activities, including RFP responses and proof of concept demonstrations for client acquisition.
  2. Oversee proposal development, including time and effort estimations and solution design.
  3. Ensure high-quality delivery of solutions throughout project lifecycles.
  4. Mentor team members and manage their performance effectively.
  5. Facilitate knowledge enhancement initiatives for team members regarding new functionalities and technologies.
  6. Plan and allocate resources for projects, ensuring optimal utilization.
  7. Support retention and career development strategies for team members.
  8. Assist in the recruitment and selection of resources.
  9. Make informed decisions regarding the rotation of subject matter experts and solution architects based on project delivery needs.
  10. Monitor skill levels within the team and implement improvement strategies as necessary.
  11. Foster an environment of innovation by encouraging the sharing of knowledge and creating challenging opportunities for the team.
  12. Ensure compliance with Data Engineering standards in solution delivery.
  13. Uphold adherence to internal processes among team members.

As a Member of the Centre of Excellence

  • Address Anaplan functionality inquiries across various projects.
  • Stay ahead of new offerings and functionalities in the Enterprise Performance Management domain.
  • Conduct audits of proposed solutions across projects to ensure quality and compliance.

Qualifications

  1. Minimum of 4 years of experience with deep expertise in Anaplan and business planning, including FP&A, Supply Chain, HR, and Sales.
  2. Strong communication skills coupled with proactive planning and analytical problem-solving abilities.
  3. Assertive and solution-focused, capable of meeting tight deadlines while adhering to established processes.
  4. Proficient in Anaplan and its associated services.
  5. Experience in conducting POCs, demos, and RFP responses.
  6. Familiarity with estimation methodologies and ability to perform estimations during the sales process.
  7. Capable of conducting reviews and audits for various project phases and documentation.
  8. Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to engage professionally at all organizational levels.
  9. Knowledge of project implementation methodologies, particularly Agile.
  10. Able to mentor and develop team members' technical skills.
