Position Overview:

Certified Nursing Assistant - Part-Time

Sign-On Bonuses:

  • Full-Time CNA: $3,000
  • Part-Time CNA: $1,500

Available Schedules:

  • Full-Time Day Shift (Tuesday-Saturday)
  • Part-Time - Saturday Evening Shift and Monday Day Shift

Compensation: $25.83 per hour, based on experience

Mirabella Seattle, a distinguished not-for-profit Continuing Care Retirement Community (CCRC), is situated in the vibrant downtown area. Our facility includes a 46-bed Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) that has received a 5-star rating. In addition to our SNF and Assisted Living (AL) floors, we proudly serve over 290 Independent Living (IL) residents who appreciate a luxurious, resort-style living experience.

Typical Responsibilities of a CNA at Mirabella:

  • Assist residents with grooming and personal care.
  • Prepare patient rooms with essential items such as blankets, pillows, medical supplies, and toiletries.
  • Support residents during meals and medication administration.
  • Ensure residents receive regular meals and correct medication dosages.
  • Monitor vital signs and report any changes to the nursing team.
  • Assist residents with mobility needs, including transfers from wheelchairs to beds.
  • Reposition patients in bed to prevent discomfort and bedsores.
  • Encourage physical activity by assisting residents in walking.
