We are currently seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to provide essential patient care under the guidance of a Registered Nurse.
As a Certified Nursing Assistant, your duties will encompass, but are not limited to:1. Assisting patients with daily living activities (bathing, grooming, feeding, and maintaining basic hygiene).
2. Performing fundamental patient care tasks such as taking vital signs, observing and reporting symptoms of health conditions, assisting with mobility (ambulating, turning, positioning), and conducting range of motion exercises.
3. Conducting EKGs.
4. Carrying out bedside tests including blood glucose monitoring, colon screenings, dextrose secretions, and specific gravity assessments.

Qualifications
We require:
1. A high school diploma or GED.
2. Completion of an accredited Nursing Assistant program (or military medical specialty training) or a Licensed Practical Nursing program.
3. Current certification as a Certified Nursing Assistant (or active NA-R with proof of passing the WA NA-C exam) or LPN recognized by the Washington State Nursing Commission.
5. Strong organizational, verbal, and written communication skills along with excellent interpersonal abilities.
6. Basic computer skills are required.
7. The ability to lift, move, or assist patients using proper body mechanics, with the capacity to occasionally lift or push up to 50 lbs. and pull up to 100 lbs.
