Global Benefits Strategist

As a key member of WTW's Integrated and Global Solutions (IGS) team, you will play a crucial role in leading our multinational clients' global benefits management program. This involves helping them design their benefits strategy and leading a global team to execute on this strategy.
You will work effectively with local colleagues in various countries, leading the project delivering local brokerage and consulting services in the area of medical and other insured benefit programs. Additionally, you will provide consulting services around all employee benefits to the headquarters.
This role requires a strong understanding of global risk management and the ability to support our multinational clients through various consulting and project management activities. These include helping them connect their strategy to other areas of their Employee Value Proposition and Total Rewards, providing guidance to our local benefits and brokerage teams, and penetrating the market to introduce new clients and projects to the firm.
Key responsibilities include:

- Providing guidance to our local benefits and brokerage teams on executing the client's strategy in a locally relevant manner
- Penetrating the market and introducing new clients and projects to the firm to meet annual revenue goals
- Identifying, developing, and closing on strategic sales opportunities and cross-selling new products and services
- Building relationships with internal and external sources to maximize the penetration of key target accounts
- Establishing a trusted advisor role with clients and providing consistent, superior relationship management
- Drafting statements of work, project plans, and budgets involving multiple workflow streams and client and consultant teams across geographic boundaries internationally
- Ensuring the progress of the team against established objectives, budget, timeline, deliverables, and quality standards
Requirements include 7+ years of experience working on global and regional employee benefits programs and related consulting services to multinational organizations. A track record of success in managing large client relationships and leading global teams is also essential. Additionally, you should have proven experience successfully managing multiple projects, producing quality deliverables on time and within budget. Superior ability to influence and collaborate with senior management and work across all levels of an organization, including well-developed written and oral communication skills, is required. Experience living and working overseas, foreign language skills preferred but not essential.
This role is eligible for an annual short-term incentive bonus and offers a comprehensive benefits package, including health and welfare benefits, leave benefits, and retirement benefits.
