Salary: $80,000-$92,000 (based on experience)
Incentives: Up to $10,000 in bonuses available for sign-on, retention, and relocation, tailored to individual circumstances.

Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and implement a diverse array of ABA programs tailored for children with autism and other developmental challenges.
- Work collaboratively with families and fellow clinicians to customize ABA programs according to individual client needs.
- Oversee and mentor Behavior Technicians who provide direct services.
- Assess and update client progress reports utilizing advanced data collection software.
- Engage with a multidisciplinary team dedicated to ACES' mission.
- Referral bonus of $2000 total ($1000 after the referred employee has been with ACES for 6 months and $1000 after the referred employee has been with ACES for 12 months).

Desired Skills and Experience:
- Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) in good standing.
- Demonstrated experience in developing and executing client programs (preferably within the ABA sector).
- Dynamic leaders who enjoy training, managing, and supporting entry-level direct care staff.
- Must successfully pass a criminal background check, TB test, and possess or obtain immunities to MMR/VZV.
