Job Summary

We are seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst to join our team of ABA clinicians. As a key member of our team, you will design, develop, and implement a wide range of ABA programs for children with autism and other developmental disabilities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and implement ABA programs for children with autism and other developmental disabilities
  • Collaborate with families and other clinicians to tailor ABA programs to specific client needs
  • Evaluate and update client progress reports via industry-leading data collection software
  • Participate in professional development opportunities, including company-paid in-house CEUs and individualized leadership opportunities
  • Contribute to a flexible, uplifting, and supportive work environment
Requirements
  • Proven experience developing and implementing client programs (preferably in the ABA industry)
  • Enthusiastic leaders who enjoy training, managing, and supporting entry-level direct care staff
