As an Insurance Underwriter E&O Specialist, you will be responsible for underwriting non-healthcare professional liability insurance for private businesses, small and medium-sized enterprises, and manufacturing companies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Underwrite professional liability insurance for private businesses, small and medium-sized enterprises, and manufacturing companies.
- Identify, prospect, and develop new producers to produce business from existing brokers and specialty producers.
- Develop and maintain relationships with brokers and producers to increase business production.
- Conduct risk assessments and make informed decisions on insurance coverage.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in underwriting non-healthcare professional liability insurance.
- Strong knowledge of insurance industry trends and regulatory requirements.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
