Role ResponsibilitiesAs our new receptionist, you will serve as the welcoming voice and face of our dealership. We seek an individual with a positive demeanor and a polished appearance. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Greeting on-site visitors, assessing their needs, and notifying the appropriate personnel.
- Managing incoming phone calls, determining the purpose of inquiries, and directing calls to the relevant staff or departments.
- Taking messages and ensuring they are delivered or directing calls to voicemail when necessary.
- Assisting with administrative tasks such as faxing, copying, and maintaining organized files.
- Coordinating with vendors and managing their services.
- Updating the main voicemail to reflect office hours, special events, and providing information to callers.
- Receiving and distributing mail to the Office Manager.
- Maintaining the Rotation board.
- Conducting next-day customer delivery confirmation calls.
- Facilitating customer delivery orientations.
- Keeping track of staff movements within the organization.
- Collecting and organizing sales and greeter logs from the previous business day.
- Supporting administrative projects and other tasks as assigned.
We are looking for candidates who possess:

- The ability to multitask effectively.
- A positive attitude.
This is a full-time position with the following schedule:
- Monday to Friday | 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
- Weekend availability and overtime may be required.
Preferred qualifications include:
- A high school diploma or GED.
- 1 to 3 months of relevant experience and training.
- Equivalent combinations of education and experience will also be considered.
We offer competitive compensation, including:
- Hourly wage of $17.
- Additional spiffs per unit delivery while on shift.
