We are seeking a highly skilled Clinical Specialist to join our team at the Mental Health Association - Western MA. The successful candidate will work with individuals with acquired brain injuries, developmental disabilities, and mental health issues, providing clinical support and guidance to program staff.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement treatment plans, behavioral guidelines, and positive behavior plans that meet the standards established by ABI regulations.
  • Provide consultation, assessment, and treatment planning in the development of pre-crisis and crisis plans, behavioral guidelines, risk assessments, and medication treatment plans.
  • Collaborate with program staff, family, and other collaterals to develop clear, concise, user-friendly treatment plans and interventions.
  • Participate in program-related meetings, including team meetings, risk meetings, ISP meetings, and medication reviews.
  • Conduct site visits to meet regularly with participants and staff to provide training, support, and relevant intervention.
Requirements
  • Master's Degree in a Social Work, Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Mental Health Counseling, or related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience working with individuals with acquired brain injuries, developmental disabilities, or mental health issues in a clinical position.
