  • Complies with food handling, safety, and sanitation protocols during food preparation, service, and cleanup.
  • Cleans and organizes all restaurant areas to uphold a tidy appearance. Follows the three-step cleaning method.
  • Adheres to all quality standards, recipes, and procedures as detailed in the SUBWAY Operations Manual.
  • Maintains a professional appearance and grooming standards as specified in the SUBWAY Operations Manual.
  • Completes light administrative tasks as assigned.
  • Engages in training courses provided by the University of SUBWAY as required.
