Job Summary

As a Physical Therapy Assistant at Blue Ridge Regional Hospital, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the hospital's mission to deliver exceptional healthcare services. Key Responsibilities
  • Use procedures and techniques to change condition/function consistent with the rehabilitation diagnosis and prognosis.
  • Supervise and coordinate therapeutic care, communicating evaluation results to patients, families, and appropriate staff.
  • Teach and mentor other staff, participating in the management of resources for patient care and organizational improvements.
  • May provide services off-site within the scope of the job description as needed by the department.
Requirements
  • Current North Carolina license to practice Physical Therapy.
  • BLS Certification required within 90 days of employment.
  • Associates degree in Physical Therapy Assistant or equivalent experience.
