Role Summary:
As an On-Site Technician, you will be responsible for traveling to client locations to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues. Your expertise will help ensure that customers receive timely support and that their equipment is functioning optimally.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Visit customer sites to diagnose and fix technical problems, as well as deliver and set up equipment.
  • Collaborate with clients to identify issues and document all actions taken and outcomes achieved.
  • Prepare and configure new computer systems for customers.
  • Maintain and update technical documentation regarding the customer's computing environment and configurations.
  • Assist on the sales floor or in the workshop when not on-site, which may include manual tasks such as lifting heavy equipment.

Qualifications:

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proven ability to build and maintain professional relationships with clients and colleagues.
  • Capability to manage high-pressure situations with a positive attitude.
  • Strong troubleshooting skills with knowledge of Windows operating systems (8, 10, 11), Mac OS X, Office 365, QuickBooks, and Quicken.
  • Exceptional organizational abilities.
  • Proficient in managing multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
  • Strong planning and prioritization skills to meet defined objectives.

Additional Information:
A minimum of one year of experience in an IT-related role or a combination of education and experience that demonstrates the ability to perform the essential duties of this position.
