We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Support Specialist to join our team at Caliber Sourcing. As a Technical Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing top-notch customer service to our clients, troubleshooting technical issues, and educating customers about our products and services.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide exceptional customer service to clients via phone, email, or in-person
Troubleshoot technical issues and resolve problems in a timely and efficient manner
Educate customers about our products and services, and identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell
Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex issues and improve customer satisfaction
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent required
6 months of experience in a customer-facing role
Strong technical skills and ability to learn new systems quickly
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
