Job Title: IT Help Desk

At Airxcel, we are seeking a highly skilled and motivated IT Help Desk Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our IT department, you will be responsible for providing technical assistance and support to our employees and customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide first-level technical support for computer systems and other office equipment.
  • Identify, diagnose, and resolve technical issues in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Apply technical knowledge to assist users with software and hardware issues.
  • Research and implement solutions to technical problems.
  • Maintain confidentiality and security of business information.
  • Communicate effectively with users to resolve technical issues.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • 1+ year of experience in a technical support role.
  • CompTIA A+ certification or equivalent preferred.
Work Environment:

The work environment is quiet and requires prolonged periods of sitting at a desk working on a computer. The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 15 pounds.

Travel:

No travel is required for this position.
