IT Support Specialist

As an IT Support Specialist at Airxcel, you will be responsible for providing fast and useful technical assistance on computer systems and other office equipment. Your primary goal will be to respond to queries on basic technical issues and offer advice to solve them. Additionally, you will be responsible for setting up computers and user IDs for new employees and replacement systems, as well as performing a variety of department duties.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide first-level contact for resolution of customer issues.
- Identify, diagnose, and utilize technical understanding of computer systems and other specialized products to provide solutions to basic technical issues.
- Apply working knowledge to assist users with a variety of software and office equipment, including copiers, printers, folder/inserter, and other automated equipment.
- Research solutions to user technical issues.
- Protect business operations by maintaining proper information, systems confidentiality, and security.
- Analyze user's technical issue and effectively communicate the solution in a patient and courteous manner.
- Perform other duties as assigned to support the organization.
Requirements:
- High school graduate or equivalent.
- 1+ years of experience.
- CompTIA A+ certified or equivalent.
