Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Technical Support Representative to join our team. Key Responsibilities

Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • 1-2 years of experience in a customer-facing role
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Basic knowledge of computer systems and software
Preferred Qualifications
  • 1-2 years of experience in a technical support role
  • Knowledge of customer relationship management (CRM) software
  • Experience with ticketing systems and helpdesk software
