Responsibilities:
  • Schedule Appointments: Coordinate with customers to schedule pickups and deliveries, ensuring timely and efficient service.

  • Operate AS400 System: Accurately enter appointments and customer information into our AS400 system, ensuring data integrity and accuracy.
  • Perform General Administrative Tasks: Assist with various administrative duties, such as data entry, filing, and other tasks as assigned.
Requirements:
  • Education: High School diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • Experience: 1 year of customer service experience, preferably in the transportation industry.
  • Skills: Strong attention to detail, excellent written and verbal communication skills, and proficiency with Microsoft Office.
  • Preferred Qualifications: Experience with AS400 system and transportation industry knowledge.
