Customer Service Representative - Insurance Sales

Florida One Insurance is seeking a highly skilled and bilingual Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a key member of our customer-facing team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our clients, ensuring their needs are met, and exceeding their expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage with clients through inbound and outbound calls, emails, and other communication channels
  • Present and explain our diverse insurance products, assessing clients' unique needs and providing tailored solutions
  • Process new applications, assist with renewals, and update client records
  • Track sales metrics, follow up on leads, and participate in team meetings to stay informed about new products and market trends
