Director of Revenue Cycle Management

Sunbelt Healthcare LLC is seeking a highly skilled Director of Revenue Cycle Management to join our team. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for overseeing the entire revenue cycle process, ensuring optimal performance and continuous improvement.
The ideal candidate will have 5 years of experience in revenue cycle leadership, with a strong understanding of medical billing and collections processes. You will be responsible for analyzing performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing strategies to enhance revenue cycle efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the revenue cycle team to achieve optimal performance and continuous improvement
- Analyze performance metrics and identify areas for improvement
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance revenue cycle efficiency
- Collaborate with leadership and billing teams to ensure seamless operations
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards
- Develop and maintain relationships with payors and other stakeholders
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a related field
- 5 years of experience in revenue cycle leadership
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Knowledge of medical billing and collections processes
- Experience with electronic health records (EHR)
