Director of Revenue Cycle Management

Sunbelt Healthcare LLC is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Director of Revenue Cycle Management to join our team. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for overseeing the entire revenue cycle process, ensuring optimal performance, and driving continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Participate in the development and implementation of revenue cycle strategies and initiatives
- Lead and manage a team of revenue cycle professionals to achieve optimal performance
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of revenue cycle processes
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients, payors, and other stakeholders
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards
- Identify and implement opportunities for process improvement and cost reduction
- Develop and manage budgets and financial reports
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients and internal stakeholders
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a related field (required)
- Minimum 5 years of experience in revenue cycle leadership (required)
- Bilingual (preferred)
- Knowledge of Microsoft 365 and applications (required)
- Experience with electronic health records (EHR) (required)
- Strong organizational, communication, and customer service skills (required)
