Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the revenue cycle team to achieve optimal performance and efficiency
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve revenue cycle processes and staff functions
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards
  • Collaborate with leadership and billing teams to resolve revenue cycle opportunities for improvement
  • Present data and insights to stakeholders, including clients and leadership
  • Develop and maintain relationships with payors and their interfaces
  • Identify and implement opportunities for process improvement
  • Maintain confidentiality of records and adhere to HIPAA requirements
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients and internal stakeholders

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field (required)
  • Minimum 5 years of RCM leadership experience (required)
  • Bilingual (preferred)
  • Knowledge of Microsoft 365 and applications
  • Experience with electronic health records (EHR)
  • Strong organizational, communication, and customer service skills
