Director of Revenue Cycle Management

Sunbelt Healthcare LLC is seeking a highly skilled Director of Revenue Cycle Management to join our team. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for overseeing the entire revenue cycle system life cycle, achieving optimal performance, and supporting revenue cycle processes and staff functions. Your expertise will be crucial in ensuring continuous improvement in the revenue cycle, developing sound revenue cycle analysis and reporting, and resolving revenue and cycle opportunities for improvement. You will also be responsible for identifying issues related to revenue cycle performance, presenting data at weekly team meetings, and participating in regular meetings with clients. Additionally, you will develop revenue cycle operational and budgetary decisions, identify opportunities for improvement in the revenue cycle process, and maintain confidentiality of records aligning with HIPAA requirements. If you have a strong background in revenue cycle management, excellent customer service skills, and experience with electronic health records, we encourage you to apply. Requirements: Bachelor's degree, 5 years of RCM leadership experience, bilingual (preferred), knowledge of Microsoft 365 and applications, experience with EHR, strong organizational, communication, and customer service skills, and knowledge of integrated healthcare delivery models (preferred).
