Director of Revenue Cycle Management

Sunbelt Healthcare LLC is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Director of Revenue Cycle Management to join our team. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for overseeing the entire revenue cycle process, ensuring optimal performance and continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the revenue cycle team to achieve optimal performance and efficiency
- Develop and implement strategies to improve revenue cycle processes and staff functions
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards
- Collaborate with leadership and billing teams to resolve revenue cycle opportunities for improvement
- Present data and insights to stakeholders to inform business decisions
- Identify and implement opportunities for process improvement and cost reduction
- Maintain confidentiality of records and adhere to HIPAA requirements
- Provide exceptional customer service and engage with multiple payors and their interfaces
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a related field (required)
- Minimum 5 years of RCM leadership experience (required)
- Bilingual (preferred)
- Knowledge of Microsoft 365 and applications
- Experience with electronic health records (EHR)
- Strong organizational, communication, and customer service skills
