  • Foster relationships with both internal teams and external partners through clear communication
  • Perform additional tasks as required
Qualifications:
  • High School Diploma or equivalent qualification
  • Previous experience in a customer service or call center environment
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite
  • Capability to handle multiple tasks in a dynamic setting
  • Openness to a background screening
