Position Overview

CastleWorks Water Heaters is in search of a dedicated Customer Service Representative. We are looking for a dynamic individual committed to delivering outstanding customer support.

Work Schedule:

- Full-time
- Workdays: Thursday to Monday

Work Environment:

This role is office-based, requiring collaboration with a team in a call center setting. Remote or hybrid work options are not available, and attendance at the workplace is mandatory.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond promptly to incoming customer inquiries regarding services, billing, and other related matters.
  • Conduct warm outbound calls to arrange, confirm, and assess upcoming or completed appointments.
  • Address customer issues to foster a positive relationship.
  • Meet productivity targets and quality standards established by the company while adhering to call protocols and scripts.
  • Maintain a positive, professional demeanor in all workplace interactions.
  • Check and respond to voice mail messages from the after-hours service.
  • Collaborate with dispatchers to review the dispatch board.
  • Contact customers from the non-emergency after-hours service to schedule appointments.
  • Confirm all scheduled appointments with customers throughout the day.
  • Accurately collect all necessary customer information.
  • Provide recommendations for service and maintenance contracts as needed.
  • Assist other departments as required and perform additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

Experience Requirements:

  • 1-2 years of experience in a call center environment; experience in HVAC is advantageous.
  • Ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting.
  • Strong decision-making skills to exercise sound judgment.
  • Proficient computer skills.
  • Familiarity with Service Titan is a plus.
  • Detail-oriented and highly organized.
  • Knowledge of service areas or map reading skills are beneficial.
  • Reliable and dependable.
  • Adaptable, enjoying tasks that require frequent changes in direction.
  • Achievement-driven, embracing challenges.
  • Ability to thrive in high-pressure situations.
