Position Summary:

A company in the manufacturing sector is seeking a Customer Service Representative to enhance client relationships and facilitate order processing.


Work Schedule:

Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM (with potential for overtime as required).


Role Overview:

The primary responsibility of this position is to establish daily connections with clients within a specific region, initiating orders by collecting necessary information, including customer details, artwork, and event timelines.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage with clients via phone or email, addressing general inquiries related to promotional items.
  • Complete necessary documentation and calculate costs for requested services, including shipping and special packaging.
  • Implement modifications to existing orders as needed.
  • Facilitate order processing and adjustments by liaising with the production team.
  • Manage a designated customer territory while providing support to other areas as required.
  • Address escalated customer calls and resolve complaints regarding billing or service issues, directing unresolved matters to appropriate departments for further investigation.

Compensation:

Hourly wage ranging from $16 to $18.

Qualifications:

Applicants should possess an associate degree or higher and have a minimum of 12 months of experience in customer service, particularly in regional or territorial roles.

Physical Requirements:

Must be able to sit for extended periods and utilize one or more computer monitors daily.
