At TopView Sightseeing, we are seeking a Tourism Liaison to join our team. As a key member of our operations staff, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth execution of our sightseeing bus tours.

As a Tourism Liaison, you will be responsible for welcoming guests, providing information about departure times and locations, and directing them to the correct buses or boats. You will also be responsible for collecting guest information to assist with customer service issues and coordinating with colleagues, bus operators, dispatchers, and managers to execute daily operations.

This is a full-time position that offers a competitive salary of $18.00 - $21.00 per hour, plus benefits including employee discount, health insurance, and paid training. The schedule includes 8-hour shifts, day and night shifts, weekends, and holidays.
