About the Role

The ideal candidate will be responsible for answering incoming calls, providing assistance and information to patients, and serving as a liaison between patients and the health center. Responsibilities
  • Answer Incoming Calls: Answer calls courteously and promptly, confirming customers' language preferences as you assist them.

  • Serve as Liaison: Serve as a liaison between patients and the health center, directing calls to appropriate departments as needed.
  • Additional Tasks: Assist with additional tasks and projects as directed by supervisor.
Qualifications
