Job Title: Account Executive

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Account Executive to join our team at IMA Financial Group. As an Account Executive, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our clients, identifying new business opportunities, and developing and implementing effective business strategies to drive growth and revenue.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Retain and grow existing client relationships through exceptional customer service and proactive communication.
  • Develop and execute individual business plans to achieve sales targets and revenue growth.
  • Conduct thorough needs assessments to understand client operations, risk, and goals, and communicate effectively with underwriters and team members.
  • Provide expert advice and guidance to clients on risk management and treatment options.
  • Lead the marketing effort to promote our services and products to clients and prospects.
  • Manage client accounts receivable and ensure timely payment.
  • Adhere to all company systems and procedures, including quality management and control.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments to maintain expertise and provide value-added services to clients.
  • Accept responsibility for the final product and service delivered to clients.
  • Develop business partnerships with underwriters that are built on trust, integrity, and creativity.
  • Support the career development of team members and contribute to a positive team culture.
  • Network within the community and centers of influence to identify and capitalize on business opportunities.
  • Understand and embody the company's core values and philosophy.
Requirements:
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
  • Construction experience preferred.
  • Strong negotiation and presentation skills.
  • Technical knowledge and ability to utilize approved information technologies effectively.
  • State of residency Agent's and Broker's licenses and appropriate non-resident licenses as required.
  • College degree or CPCU preferred.
