About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Account Executive to join our team at IMA Financial Group. As an Account Executive, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our clients, identifying new business opportunities, and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve business growth and revenue targets
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions
  • Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to pursue them
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to client inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including underwriting, marketing, and operations, to ensure seamless delivery of services to clients
Requirements
  • Proven track record of success in sales and business development, with a strong understanding of the insurance industry
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify opportunities and develop effective solutions
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing multiple tasks and deadlines
  • Strong knowledge of insurance products and services, with the ability to provide expert advice to clients
