Strategic Account Development Representative

West Coast Medical Resources is a leading distributor of discounted surgical supplies, serving hospitals and surgery centers across the US. Our dual service helps clients manage inventory, reduce waste, and balance budgets.

As a Strategic Account Development Representative, you will play a key role in achieving our customer acquisition and revenue growth objectives. You will work closely with our Directors of Sales and Acquisitions to generate interest, qualify prospects, and close sales.
Responsibilities- Understand customer needs and requirements
- Close sales and achieve monthly targets
- Research accounts, identify decision makers, and generate interest
- Maintain and expand your database of prospects
- Source new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls and emails
- Develop and maintain current market business plans
- Develop and assist with market research and marketing implementation programs
- Ability to attend Regional and National Medical conventions and trade shows
- Other duties as assigned
- 2+ years of call center/inside sales experience
- Experience working with sales CRM
- High School diploma or equivalent required
